SAG ultra low agreement - overtime question

Is anyone here familiar with the SAG Ultra Low Agreement, for films with budgets under $200,000?

I've been looking over the agreement, and the one part I've having trouble understanding is how overtime is calculated. Here's what it says:

"If the professional performer is requested to or required to work beyond eight (8) consecutive hours, Producer shall pay the professional performer for each 1/10 of an hour unit, or fraction thereof, an amount equal to time and one-half of the professional performer's pro rata payment for the day."

Okay... so, under the Ultra Low agreement, the actors are paid $100/day. For an eight hour day, that's $12.50 per hour. Does that mean, for a 9th hour of work, the producer would pay the actor $18.75? That would be time and one-half, right? I'm getting thrown off by the wording above: "each 1/10 of an hour unit" and "pro rata payment for the day."

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get an idea of what a 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th hour would cost per performer.

Military time is divided into tenths - every six minutes. So 8.7
hours is 8 hours and 48 minutes.

When overtime is calculated it’s done in six minute increments - or
“units”. So if you were to hold an actor 15 minutes overtime you
would pay .3 (three tenths - 18 minutes) of the hourly rate.

You have it right; an 8 hour day paid at $100/day is $12.50/hr. So
time and a half is $18.75/hr. If you hold the actor for 15 minutes
(.3 hrs) you pay an additional $5.62. If you hold the actor for 10
hours you pay an additional $37.50.

So a 12 hour day is actually 14 paid hours, or $175. If you hold
an actor 7 minutes over the 12 you go into double time ($25/hr)
for 2 “units” or .2 times $25 - $5.00 for that 7 minutes.
