So this is pretty nice. Sort of a Cinderella tale. Well. It's also a sad story. Afterall, this all comes when the man is seventy and "can barely see." But, better late than never, I guess.
Yeah, it's about music, but it's also about the filmmaker and the documentary that brought him to the attention of America...finally.
Guess that's what your documentary could possibly do. Talk about the power of film...for Mr. Rodriguez, anyway. I'm guessing this is all pretty good for the filmmaker's, Malik Bendjelloul, resume, too. And he used his iphone with some 8mm ap to film it! Heheh.

Not commercial free. But I guess CBS has to make its money to produce things like this somehow. =)
