Rocky or Bond?

Interesting article in this months Script magazine. Just wondering how you all feel.

Every protagonist is either Rocky Balboa or James Bond. Figure out which one, then focus on it and keep it as the main 'spine' of your story. The rest will take care of itself.

The article says a lot more than this obviously but it's the jist of it.

Turns out, most of my stories are Rockys.

Interesting article. That issue also has my strangest article since I started writing for script in 1991 - not the usual nuts&bolts... but *theory*!

Reading through my big script, I didn't think it could be categorized as either. I was wrong, it's definately a rough form of 'Rocky'.
