RYF - Review Your Films

HELLO
I want to open up a quite unoccupied medium here.

I am willing to review your films/videos/whatever, for free, for fun, and will probably make another post with a video using these exact same words.

I am part of a practicing film group, Film Faction (I know they are on here) but through the process of actually getting work known, I've realized it's a very uncharted medium to get anyones work noticed online (unless you pay $$$$).

But I'm the type to want to help out general filmmakers' online community. With a free review, exposure, and bragging rights to say "I got reviewed". If you're like me, then you know any kind of exposure, good or bad, is help when your stuff isn't getting the eyes you want.

I might be brutally honest, be aware of that.

Is this a professional gallery critique? No, not at all. Just my opinions/thoughts/reactions to your work as a viewer/filmmaker, and offer some constructive criticism with encouraging other viewers to go check out your work, regardless of nitpicking stuff that you already know about. Filmed youtuber-vlogger style.

Can we review your "writing" and the critiques you've written thus far? Can we be brutally honest too? Sounds like very difficult work.

Edit: Sorry. I don't mean to be an a-hole, but there are lots of things wrong with what we make. We need more than brutal honesty. We need a little love too.

You can, in fact, I was thinking about doing stuff I've worked on if this develops.
I am not a master of film by any means, and don't want to come across as a dick (but I probably already did). You will of course get love for even completing something, and much more as I can see the effort people put in (in fact, I will go edit my first post now).
