Hi everyone. I'm pleased to show you a short piece we have just completed entitled 'Remise' (its a fencing term).
It was made as a part of the V48 hours film challenge. ie, make a film in two days. We were nominated for 5 awards and won best costume.
the challenge is to get everything organised before the day and then work incredibly quickly and sucsinctly only allowing a certain amount of hours per section. It was shot in 7 hours, edited in 9 hours, sound mixed in 2 hours, graded in 2 hours, titles completed in 2 hours.
I'm really happy with the look of it and the music, but we missed out on shooting a scene... can you tell where it was going to go?
