Hello, first post!
i will be shooting a fight sequence on a green screen. i haven't yet storyboarded but i know I will be using closeups and fast camera work. i am slightly concerned because I have a 3d environment for this action to be placed inside, but i fear closeups will not allow for any reliable tracking data.
I have exerience with placing tracking markers and then using boujou to track and camera solve but i know there wont be much to track if there is only a small percentage of the green screen(and markers) visible.
I am thinking of using stands perhaps in front and behind the actors so i can gauge the parralax and aid the tracking(and then roto out). has anyone any experience with this sort of thing? anybody able to make any suggestions? i would greatly appreciate any help with this.
Thanks
James
