Red Stefan

Howdy all,

I just helped my buddy launch his first ever Kickstarter campaign to fund his first ever EP album. He's excited, I'm excited, the music is freaking great.

Red Stefan is about 80% finished with the EP album. We paid for everything out of pocket up to this point! All is left is some additional expenses. Mastering the EP and additional costs.

$800 dollars is their goal. It's not much at all. I'm confident we will make goal well before the 40 day deadline. No question about it.

I also wanted to point out that I did his kickstarter video. Let me know what you think. Is it effective? Does it tell a story?

I'd take off the old style film flicker and lose the projector sound. Both are very distracting. Probably turn down the music a little bit as well. But I think the message is there.

I think its a good story and it works. It kept me interested. I vote for not taking the flicker and projector sound off, just lowering them a tad more into the background.

****Update!

Things are going really well so far for this being our very first kickstarter campaign. We hit 20% of our goal and we are only 10 days in. That's not bad.... Not bad at all!
