I have been working on a script, and this popped up when I tried to open it today:
"I am unable to identify the format of this file...
I can read it as a ASCII file--stripping any extended format codes--but it may not work well and there may be left over "garbage" codes which will need clean up"
Then it asks me if I want to proceed. What do I do? Screenwriter has no problem opening other files and nothing has changed since the last time I saved it, so I do not get what the problem is. Can anyone help? Thanks.
