Yep, I hear what you are saying, agreed. I was just making a more general comment on how often filmmakers don't use their natural resources. In this case he's gotta get the green screen effects worked out.

I think he knows what he wants and he's roughly assembled a semi-workable idea.
He needs a little more technical know how and some story guidance.

Keeps travel expenses down.
Broader background capabilities.
Works with the genre.
Cool.
Great.

Just do it right.
Especially for the dough he's asking for.
