PMW100 VS NX5U

Hi I was just wondering wether I should get the PMW100 or the NX5U as both cameras seem great for my price range but I dont know which one to go for. First I think that the quality of both are going to be pretty much the same but could you tell which one you think has the best quality. Secondly I need something that is portable as I will be doing a lot of handheld work as I will be doing short action movies but in my opinion i think that both are just as good as the other in that sense so that doesn't really matter to much. Finally and probably one of the most important things for me is that when i had a look at the SxS cards that you needed to have for the PMW100 I thought that I could hardly afford the memory but only just and it would be bursting my budget but then I had a search about on the internet and I found out that there were SxS to SDHC adapters for £60-£70 each! So I thought that was great so all I am asking is do the adapters record 1080p HD onto the SDHC cards and is the quality of video just as good as the quality of a video straight from the SxS card? Then the main question is do I get a PMW100 or for £200 more do I go for the NX5U?
Thanks

I'm a noob, with no experience at all, so I am watching this thread with interest. To me it looks like the new Sony PMW-100 records 50Mbps but only has a 1/2.9" CMOS Sensor while the older Sony HXR-NX5U NXCAM has 3 1/3" CMOS Sensors but only 24/17/9/5Mbps bitrates. Both will do 24p, the Nx4U has a bigger zoom, and shutter speed might be a factor in your decision.

Have you also looked at the Canon XF105? (Or cheaper XF100 if you don't want the genlock or HDSDI). It's sensor might be more like the PMW-100's and it also does 50Mbps for less money.
