eh, what was that?

Sorry dude, looks like it took a long time to make but I have no idea what it was I just saw? As near as I can tell it's either a communist worker propaganda film or you're experimenting with psychotropic drugs. I hope that doesn't seem to harsh but honestly, I have no idea what this short is about.
