Panasonic HMC150 New User in Extreme Temps

I just purchased the Panasonic HMC150, and I will be shooting a pretty large project on it come January. If there are any seasoned users out there--are there any quirks or problems I should look out for? I will field test it before I begin principle photography, but that won't reveal every potential problem.

One thing in particular I'm wondering about is temperature shifts. I will be shooting both indoor and outdoor shots in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. Are there issues I should anticipate if I go from, say, a very cold outdoor set to a warm indoor set? Or just from being out in the cold in general? I know extreme temps are bad for electronics, but in this case it may be unavoidable. Any advice you have about protecting my equipment is welcome.
