Panasonic AG-HMC 40 vs HMC 150 vs XH A1!!

I'm looking for a cheap camera that can film good shaky footage(action genre footage), i've seen the XH-A1 in Crank high voltage which looks great, but i'm wandering, how far or close is the AG-HMC 40 or the HMC 150 to the canon XH-A1?...i've seen the cmos sensors aren't good enough for filming on a boat, or inside a car, 'cause sometimes the image fails and vibrates, so, what are your opinions, is it worth to spend more and get the XH-A1, or the AG-HMC 150?....or should i go for the HMC 40?... or Are there any other great cameras i'm missing?...
