The Complete Orchestral Package consists of two parts, the Orchestral Cube and the Performance Set configured for TASCAM GigaStudio.
The 1st part, The Orchestral Cube, including the Strings, Brass & Woodwinds, and Percussion sets, offers single note samples (multi-samples) in countless articulations and playing techniques.
The 2nd part, the Performance Set, includes all of the orchestral playing styles that require special sampling techniques and tools to achieve the hyper-realism the Vienna Symphonic Library is known for. The exclusive Performance Tool faithfully recreates legatos, portamentos, slides, glissandos, spiccatos, repetitions and many more styles when used with the special Performance Set samples.
The 3rd library is the Horizon Chamber Strings - Great for small orchestrations, split string groups (divisi), or mixing with big ensembles to create fine nuances and rich textures, the Vienna Symphonic Library Horizon Series Chamber Strings is great for anything from Baroque to pop.
The ensembles of 6 virtual violins, 4 violas, 3 cellos and 2 double basses allow for beauty and perfection even within the smallest musical details. All 4 string groups offer legato, portamento legato, détaché, spiccato, and repetition performances, to be played with the Performance Tool. New playing techniques include natural harmonics and flageolet glissandos.
