Agreed. Absolutely outrageous. This should be the 1-minute Free Film Festival. Or how about $1 per 1-minute?

In general, contests and festivals nowadays are officially out of control with their pricing. I've seen 1st year festivals asking $60 to submit a short film. F-that!
