NYC TV is developing a new series for January 2006 that focuses on
independent short films which use New York City as a backdrop. The
series will be shown on NYC TV channel 25 and is designed to provide
exposure for filmmakers who include the City as a character in their
films.
Filmmakers who would like to submit work should send a copy of the film in
DVD format to the following address:

We are interested in rights to air the films on NYC TV 25, which reaches
8 million homes and 20 million viewers in the tri-state area. We are
also looking to give filmmakers on-air time to introduce and provide
context for their films. We would be interested in acquiring no-fee
broadcast rights for the film for the entire season (generally 4 months)
as the show will likely repeat several times.
