Now In Production . . .

The missile launch and nuclear explosion I picked up from the Pond5.com web site for royalty free HD stock footage. Their prices are cheaper than other web sites and they have good variety. One of the big considerations for shooting in HD is the availability of science fiction stock footage and stock after effects stuff that is available over RED.

If anyone can give us links to stock footage for science fiction stuff in RED, please share. Science Fiction in HD is easy on Google. Pond5.com is a good resource with great pricing.

Okay, so I had to darken this space station to make it black, instead of blue. But, for $30, it's still a great deal from Pond5.com.

It works with this as an interior:

I may have to get the backgrounds redone because my 3D guy's computer is too old to support HD. His computer does not have HD hardware. The 3D backgrounds will need shadows and moving shadows.

I burned a HD DVD with Nero DVD authoring software. The audio and video is very good. A warning came up that Windows XP and older computers do not support the ultra HD the DVD was formated in. My older DVD players don't support it either.
