Surely it's possible to make a film without spending money. The question is.. is that a film that you want to make?
The quality you would have to settle for is likely going to result in a "film" that no one wants to watch.
I think it's possible to write a script that only has two people in one room. And for it to be found footage without a camera man. And for one of those actors to be the film maker.
Yeah sure why not. Then all you need is one other person to volunteer .. that seems reasonable. Surely there is one person you could find that would pay for their own gas and be in your movie.
I know there are some people here that will split hairs. If you charge your camera batteries you're spending money so yes technically it's impossible. But I don't believe that sort of thinking is in line with what the original post is about.
