Every film submitted must be 30 seconds or less (including titles, excluding credits) - that's the only rule for this breakneck minifest. It doesn't matter what you shot it on, what genre it is, or what budget you had – but it must be a half-minute or less to qualify.
This event will screen at the CBS Auditorium, University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA, on August 11th @ 7pm. Deadline for entries is August 5th, 2005.
