New Touch Film Festival is an annual project sponsored by Layman Arts, Inc., a non-profit creative education and production company. All proceeds and intentions of the NTFF are in strict accordance with the following IRS code:
This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
WHAT MAKES NTFF SO SPECIAL?
New Touch Film Festival is unique in that our focus is not centered entirely on the films, or the selected cast and crews, but more so on the people of the community who are given the opportunity to experience such an amazing event. Let’s face it, actors, directors, producers and such, already know what makes film festivals such great events. That’s why they do what they do. We strive to provide that same understanding to those unaccustomed to the art and atmosphere of filmmaking. The creative and inspiring spirit surrounding this festival is what we stand behind.
