Yes, you have all heard about the tsunami in the Andaman region of Asia. And now, to help restore confidence in the region for all film makers and tourists alike, the Phuket (Thailand) International Film Festival, May 29 - June 5 2005 at the SFX Coliseaum Theaters at Central Festival Phuket.

A small fest concentrating on feature films, the festival is accepting screeners now until April 15th. Please contact phuketfilmfestival@gmail.com for more information.

I was in Phuket a few years back - great town. Good luck with the festival, I'm sure it will help your community get over this tragedy.
