Hi, I just found this site and it's pretty much exactly what I've been looking for. I'm a total newbie with movies but I have a background in audio production. After initial experiments with iMovie and videos made on my cell phone I have made a slight upgrade to the cheapest Sony miniDV cam I could find and FCE. My "aspirations" only go as far as posting short pieces on YouTube, but I'm excited to learn from people who are making much bigger projects. I don't really have any questions at this point, just a lot of reading to do, but I wanted to introduce myself and say 'hi'...so...hi there...
