editing Need video editing software for concert footage

I went to South By Southwest in Austin this year, and recorded video of a couple bands with cell phone. I recorded audio with a pretty good little handheld digital audio recorder. I recorded to .wav

I need software to cut out the audio from the cell phone video files, and mix in the .wav audio with the video. Any suggestions? Free would definitely be preferable.
