Ive watched a couple videos that has cool effects in it but i dont know what they are called. i was wondering can anybody help with the name or where i can find it. its here in this video http://youtu.be/h4FVk6_tokU starting at the 22 sec mark. and its used in this video also http://youtu.be/lbEBfvR1x58 but in a different way. if anyone can help let me know. its a cool indie look i want to achieve

looks like there are a few things going on here, namely tilt shift emulation and the "wiggler" in AE...other than that it looks like multiple layers of the same video at different opacities/blend modes
