cinematography Need help using the Sekonic L758c

HI

I am new to all this... so please forgive my ignorance.
I have a Sekonic L758c and I cannot get any readings off it for some reason. I wonder if it is because it has activated some custom exposure profiles because on the top right corner of the screen it has a '0.0 Camera 1' registered. Does anyone with a Sekonic know how I can disengage these custom presets? Any advice will be hugely appreciated.
