Need film noir motel: LA

I am shooting a low budget film noir film in april I am in need of seedy old school 1920 looking locations, specifically a motel. The type you will see with the old tattered wall paper. Can you guys recommend any cool locations that might be cool for my project that i might have missed?

To be honest you could literally rent out any room and just move things around and add stuff to it to give the 1920s effect. Plus if your shooting film noir, most of the location will be blacked out half of the time and only your subjects will be in shot

This is a little college project I made, and it was shot in a modern apartment but with some curtains a few lights and a little imagination I made it less modern. You could do the same!
