Just for my understanding:

I think of “A list” as a name everyone will know - a name that goes
above the title - a name that can open a film because everyone knows,
immediately, who that actor is.

If that’s what you have; interest from an A list name actor whose
agent will verify that they will star in the movie if financing is put
together - then I can help you.
