need cheap laptop for travel

I'm using Vegas 10, will probably transcode to Cineform. Here are the specs for the Asus X54C-BBK19 2.3GHz
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64-bit
Display: 15.6" LCD (1366 x 768)
Webcam: 0.3 megapixels
Processor: 2.3GHz Intel Core i3 i3-2350M
Cache: 3MB L3
Memory: 4GB DDR3
Hard drive: 320GB SATA (5400 rpm)
Optical drive: DVD+/-RW/CD-RW (DL)
Graphics: UMA graphics
Networking: Wi-Fi 802.11n, 10/100/1000 Ethernet
Ports: 1 x HDMI, 1 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x Ethernet (RJ-45)
Model: X54C-BBK19
Dimensions: 15.2 x 9.9 x 1.4
Weight: 5.8 lbs

For $20 less I can get it with this processor: Intel Pentium B960 2.2GHz

Opinions?

Spend the $20 on the better processor. I've only had one Asus laptop and have not been thrilled with it. I've used a butt load of Asus mother boards in computers that I've built or repaired, but was not impressed with the laptop I got for my wife last Christmas. She now wants to replace it and take it on a one way trip to the shooting range.

The harddrive's probably gonna be skippy, at 5400rpm, unless all your footage is on a portable external drive. (7200rpm or better recommended)

Does your editing software specs say anything about compatability with the particular video chip? Check that on their website, for sure. I had a Sony Vaio that ran Premiere fine, but couldn't load AEFX due to the video specs.
