Need advice on getting an interview from a rep at a large Corp.

Hi guys. I need a hand. I am in the middle of our shooting schedule. In a week, we will be in the best position possible to interview a rep from a major corporation. We have sent emails to pr reps and even phoned them. We are not getting the interview at this point. Does anyone have an strategy or idea. The film portrays the Corp in a positive light.
