Here's some unsolicited advice:
see those weird lines on all your footage when there's any movement in your shot? I think that means you need to "de-interlace."
Some of the cuts were a little bit jarring because the camera jerks away at the last moment before your cut. Just cut your scenes before the camera jerks to solves those problems.
Try to smooth the part where the song ends and starts again. It's really jarring to have it cut and pop like that.
A "Narrative Short Film" isn't necessarily a short film that has a narrator speaking over it. That term just means it has a written story, as opposed to documentary films, or experimental films. I'm not exactly sure what I'd call this, but the character didn't evolve or face anything in the story. More like an inspirational video.
