In the bottom right corner of this post, you will see a button that says "QUOTE". Quote this post I just made, and see the difference between your link, and my link. I took out:

and left in the rest.

Captain Rayw , we need you buddy
That "captain" moniker might be a wee ostentatious for me, but here goes... ;)

  • The shots are largely fine in composition.
  • Decent handheld technique. It's not easy!
  • Would have liked to see some "shots from a rolling vehicle", especially that Kamp Medulin entrance sign.
  • Shooting from even a gentle wave rocked boat isn't easy! Try crouching, loosening your knees and hips, hand stabilizing the camera while your legs get the feel for the wave motion to cancel it out. Might, might not work. :D
  • Just for tradition's sake, fade in video and audio @ beginning, and out at end.
  • The hard cuts in the middle are fine.
  • For a sensible video (which this is) ANYTHING with a horizon line in it probably should be level.
  • Save the off-angle and dutch angle shots for your wacky videos.
  • Try to collect usable location audio, overlay the soundtrack in @ about -20 to -25dB. Music should be "suggested" rather than "in your face." Although, since there was no location audio the soundtrack on this is fine.
  • Try to get more close ups, and play with your aperture - crank it open and get some bokeh in there! The "all f4/8/11" stuff gets meh pretty fast.
  • It's camp. Get people shots. (What?! No beach bunnies? D@mnation!)
  • Don't be afraid to tinker with the vividness on your NLE.
