From my perspective, I don't care how distracting an assistant editor is, as long as they can export a decent AAF!!

She doesn't think audio is all that important. She says to fix it in post.

Tell her I will fix it in post if she gives me a decent AAF first. If it's a particularly well organised AAF, I'll even throw in a 6-pack of her favourite kitty treats!
