Must-have equipment for shooting films?

So far I have a camera, a zoom lens, a shoulder mount, and a slider. I plan on renting the audio/lights whenever im doing the final shoot. Is there anything else I should get?

What you really need to "rent" are talented people to run the camera, run the audio, dress your sets, dress your talent and do their H/MU, do the visual and audio editing, to do the rerecording, etc., etc., etc. This is quite aside from "renting" talented actors.
