In the shots of the miniatures (and possibly the running shots), did I see lens-whacking or a different technique?

Something I noticed in the shots of the band playing, it felt as if there wasn't enough room for each member. Was that intentional, or a space limitation?

All in all, really nice job! I look forward to more of your videos.

The blur in the running shots was achieved in the post.

We wanted the space to be limited, so that the band looks compressed.
