Would you shoot a music video at PAL 25fps or 50fps or 60fps. For a music video I would personally change frame rates depending on the type of shot, and if it's going to be slowed down in post. Just wondering whether I should just shoot at a constant high frame rate in-case I feel to do slow motion during the whole video. What would you do?

If you don't know where you want to use slow motion then you could shoot everything at a higher frame rate - I'd stick to 50fps if your final target is 25fps because it's easy to just throw away half the frames to get there. If you're not going to slow everything down you'll want to stick to a 1/50th shutter speed though to keep the motion rendering looking correct for normal speed stuff.
Shouldn't matter as far as normal-speed stuff is concerned. Naturally, if you're going to go slow-motion you won't be able to maintain sync with the music unless you also slow down playback on set to match.
Spot on. Most beginning filmmakers forget that a faster or normal frame rate makes syncing incredibly difficult. So it does matter. No offense, but I'd listen to this guy.
