Music for shorts?

Hey, where do most people get there music for shorts? I am finding a hard time getting music, now i dont want to buy rights yet, as there only 2 minute youtube videos.....but like a bit of music helps smooth out the rough parts

any ideas?

aside from other stuff listed.. I just discovered VIMEO has a music store. Lots of creative commons selections..

My default is Kevin MacLeod (http://incompetech.com). He has a huge selection, it's all free to get and free to use, and all you need to do is credit him (though if you make a huge amount of money it'd be nice of you to donate, no?).
