Mobilefilmworks is an online & mobile film rental company dedicated to delivering the best in independent film to the global community. Upon launch, MFW will distribute high quality, independently-produced films allowing filmmakers to reach a worldwide audience and offering fans of indie film the opportunity to enjoy movies via the MobileFilmWorks website or on their Android, Blackberry, or iPhone with the MFW mobile phone app.
As a Fan:
It costs nothing to sign up. You will be asked for basic profile information such as email and credit card account info so that you may use our express checkout option. Once your profile is completed, you're able to pick from our numerous independent movie titles by browsing or searching through our intuitive catalogs and film listing. Each rental is available to the viewer for 72 hrs. After you select a film, you have the choice to view it on your desktop, laptop or on your mobile device.
As a Filmmaker:
You will be invited to register with MFW network at no charge. We encourage all, after creating an account, to upload a film logo/picture, title of film, bios, cast members, etc. and submit via our submission process. Once filmmakers are selected for our site, we market and distribute their movies to build a bridge directly between filmmaker and the mobile audience. With access to an online audience, you are able to reach over 250 million subscribers worldwide. * The best part is you'll retain all exclusive rights to your film & you will have the power to set your own price determining how much fans will pay to view your film. You receive a 60% split of each transaction.
