Very nice! Very very nice!
1 thing you could have done differently. When switching from the Actual footage from the mirror, to the masked footage from the mirror, you could have added a cross dissolve, just to smooth out the harsh transition.

Is this a tutorial somewhere that you learned? I have seen the same shot by like 5 other people, doing the exact same thing of dropping down and pulling a gun up. What gives?
