Anyone know any good mid/low-tier festivals to submit to? Not saying the film is terrible, but I want to submit my first short film to a festival and I know the likelihood of getting into a big fest is probably slim given the production value, limited pool of actors, and lack of experience all around. I'm based around Philly. It's a dark comedy detective story.

I'm submitting to some of the mid and tier one festivals too but the Short competition is nearly all pro-level stuff (e.g. Shorts shot with a crew of 10+ and full post production crew etc).
