Can anyone lead me to a fairly good shot gun microphone with a stand and, all wires that can get me to my camcorders input to the stand and microphone which might be up to 20 feet away. I would love to spend less than $250.00 dollars but, I know thats most likely not possible.

It would be best if you describe what you're trying to accomplish. Very few location sound applications can be accommodated with a shotgun on a stand.

A shotgun on a stand is next to useless. A shotgun mic is intended to be used on a boom pole. The boom-op will "swing" the boom from actor to actor as they speak their lines.
