Its a good idea you have. But the flashback sequence are too slow. We see the dude at the computer and hear the voice over. This is slow, but necessary to achieve your desired effect. However, it must be contrasted with more visual stimulation in the flashbacks. In your film the two guys are basically hanging out doing nothing in every flashback. I know that's what guys do, but it isn't interesting to the viewer. Over all I like the idea. just needs something more in those sequences.
