Match moving software.

Dark Noex

Now I've heard about Boujou, but it is hell expensive.
Isn't there freeware/something cheaper that would be able to work as well as Boujou?
It should be able to transfer the moving data between Adobe After Effects CS4, and Autodesk 3ds max 2010.
