hitting various things, sacks of rice, flour, pillows, celery then layering them can make really neat sounds. Try taking some of the sounds and slowing them slightly to lower their frequency and make them more subwoofer thumpy... then a bit of crunch from the celery mixed down a bit for just a littloe bit of crackle... and some fabric on fabric noises for sleeves moving or shirt fabricgetting hit on top of all that. Twiddle with the EQ on each element, twiddle with the pitch by slowing down/speeding up, twiddle with the mix to balance them convincingly... play, have fun.
Try slamming a door and slowing that down to add to the mix.
