Looking for screenwriter

Both of my ideas?

I have some ideas, but developing a full blown script by myself will be quite a task (for a full film, not another short). I am better with the visual stuff. :D

I've got a feature biopic of Spanish poet Federico García Lorca that won lots of awards, including a Nicholl semifinalist, but a line producer estimates it will cost $10 to $15 million to make, so I guess that's out, huh?

I'd be interested in reading the script nevertheless. You never know. :)

I'm sure with a little creativity it could be filmed for a small fraction of that.
 
I have no money and no investors. But that doesn't mean I can't make a film. I remember Robert Rodriguez saying he refused to spend a cent when making El Mariachi.
