Looking for screenplay: drama

Hi,

I'm looking for a good screenplay for a low budget production.

Here are few more details:

Real-life stories / Struggles / Health Conditions /
Romance / Relationships / Psychological Issues / Family / Alcoholism

Anything of that sort...

Some of the influences would be films like: Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Mask (1985), Pedro Almodovar's films ...

If you have anything interesting, please contact me by replying to this post or e-mail: rw.pictures@yahoo.com

Fingers crossed! :)

I have two suggestions:

Tell the writer a little about you and your experience as a producer/director.
Like the movies rw.pictures has produced.

Tell the writer if you will be paying up front or if you are asking them to
option the script for free to you in hops of seeing a percentage after it
sells.

Oh. A number three: It would help if you also mentioned any other
movies your company has released or if this is your first, what your
distribution plans are.

That type of detail set you apart from the dozens of people asking
writers for scripts with no info that will allow the writer to make
an informed decision.

Most of us write hoping to make a sale. But we writers are very open
to offering a script for free to a producer with a strong plan.

Hi directorik!

Thanks for your advice.

RW (or Robin Wood) Productions is the result of more than an year of hard work and sacrifices.
Producing and directing film has been my greatest aspiration since I was 7 or 8.

After a steady education, having watched some thousands of films, read a lot of books and collaborated in small productions in Italy, where my eye for details and perfectionism have been have very valuble, I have finally reached the moment I can start producing and directing my own films.

I have recently invested over 30,000 USD to purchase the professional gear and I'm now looking for a script. As I wrote in the earlier post, I would like to produce something sentimental and dramatic.

Having spent a lot of money on equipment, I have I cannot truly afford to pay up front, however, I am open to negotiate and find a good financial solution.

Even if the production budget is low, I have the chance of putting together a crew of both professionals and semi-professionals for free. I also have contacts of potential investors that I can access once I have a script.

If anyone has something interesting, and is willing to invest some of their time and work on a producer who will make justice for their work, please contact me.
