Looking for Illustrator...

Hello all-

Been a while since I've been on the forum. Hope everyone is doing well and out making movies. So, I'm headed into the post-production part of a webseries I've been working on and I've discovered that I'm in need of an illustrator for one picture. I have a little money, unfortunately though it's not nearly going to be what one would deserve for the job. Below is a link to a small Promo/Opening to the webseries. What do you need illustrated?
Looks like you have a graphic at 0:10.

Need an artist rendering of the main characters family. I have an example to give for interested parties. So maybe it's a combination of artist/illustrator. Thing is I would like the final product a larger file so I can throw it into After Effects. I'm up for suggestions. Thanks!
