Long Day of Shopping for Stuff

Man, this was a long day of driving and collecting gear/props. I love thrift shops and I got some great deals, but I'm dead tired.

- Dozen milk crates ($10)
- Hardware for a 70" DIY slider/dolly - When I got home I realized I was grossly undercharged at the hardware store.
- Several laptop power supplies ($3ea) for my DIY LED lights.
- A bunch of stuff to dress one location. ($20)

When I got home I found a card from the mail man. Looks like several packages camera gear have arrived.

Seems like I've shifted into the next gear, and the pace is picking up.
 
Shooting starts in mid-July, depending on location availability. I'm working with an awesome property owner. We're building a detailed safety plan because it's a night shoot in a junkyard, and it's full of stacked cars and broken glass.

Toss in some backlit smoke and it'll look pretty cool.
 
No matter what comes of this I can always sit back, look at those milk crates and think of what might have been.
