I am new to these forums and I know it tis a bit cheeky to post a pimping of another group that I belong to as my first post, but here goes.
OTTFilms is a London UK Based collaborative filmmaking group. Now in our third year the group has produced over 40 films of varying lengths, all of which have had a premiere screening at one of our twice yearly screening events. Come take a look, join if you want and get involved
We are a collaborative group of filmmakers working together to help each other make films.
We share time, talent and equipment in order to make those films that our members would not ordinarily have the budget or expertise to make alone.
Our collective working practices pave the way for us to improve our filmmaking skills, learning and growing as we go. Each member gives back to the group what he or she takes from it, with no selfish intentions and with as much concern for other members' films as their own.
We come together through group meetings, held in a central London Pub on the first Tuesday of the month from 18:30. The meetings usually take about an hour followed by a networking session. Occasionally some drink is taken.
We organise screenings, social events and gatherings where members get to know one another and bond over a drink or two (or…um…five).
Our group is made up of a mixture of experienced filmmakers and beginners. Over time we have become a close-knit, supportive community of filmmakers and friends.
