Lizbeth - Lizzie Borden Doc hits PBS

Hey all!

Just wanted to share with you a documentary I was involved with that just got picked up by PBS.

It's called LIZBETH, and it's about Lizzie Borden. For those that don't know, she's the girl who took an axe, and gave her mother forty whacks. Anywho. Creepy tale. No one knows what really happened, but it was brutal.

I play one of the supporting actors (not in the trailer). The redhead who plays Lizzie (Ruth Sullivan) is one of my best friends. She's awesome.

Someone (maybe you?) had a set of BTS pics and writeups on this, last year. Looked pretty cool.

Just place the video ID (in your case O7wYNc6tIp0 ) between the YT tags. Simple. :hmm:

You're the man Steve. That's easier than I thought.

Ya, I posted this about 6 months ago...just clips of it. We didn't expect it to get picked up (so to speak), but when we found out we had to take everything down in preparation for this release.

It's pretty cool. Very low key filming, all MOS, simple production design.

I'm a Lizzie Fan (I'm a fan of the case, not of axe murderers ;), and this is great. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for the full production.

Congrats M1chae1! Nice work, now I can brag to my friends "I know someone who worked on this" ;)

I spent my 15th Anniversary at Lizzie Borden's. It's a cool house.

We stayed in the parents room, because it was the only one that had a private bath. But there was no one booked in Lizzie's room which was just a doorway away. So, after Karen fell asleep, I hung out in Lizzie's room and scared the crap out of the people staying next door.

Good times.

We also went to see the original complete Cowsills (the sister filled in for mom who was dead) perform that weekend. It's the last time they all performed together, one of them committed suicide not long after. A few songs in, the police were called, and the band had to turn down the volume. Really! The Cowsills too loud.

Thanks guys. Ya, the woman that runs the place (owns the house) is a good friend of ours. She actually was an extra in our film NUN OF THAT...that's how we got to know her. So anytime we want, we're welcome to pop on in. She's a very cool girl.

Not sure when it will air yet. In the coming months. We are waiting to hear ourself actually. Thanks for the interest.
