Line Producer / PM : cost ?

When I someday make a feature indie, what can I expect to pay for a production manager / line producer? Let's say for a film budget of $100,000 and also for a budget of $250,000. Is it typically a flat rate, monthly rate, percentage of the budget, back points, etc?

Did some self-research-- "From Reel to Deal" book quotes figure around $20,000 for pre, production, and some post, for a PM. I also emailed a UPM in Mnpls who quoted around $350-500/day or around $1500 per week. So that seems in line with Reel to Deal book.
